"I
am feeling a tremor in my body, my body hairs have straightened up, my bow
Gaandeeva is slipping off my hand and my skin is having a definite burning
sensation"
The author is explaining the state
of mind of Arjuna and its reflection on his body. All these are signs of
sympathetic stimulation - muscle tremors, piloerection, sweating resulting in
slipping of the bow, drying up of the mouth and cutaneous vasodilatation
resulting in hot sensation.
